Our story begins in 1978: it was then that Rogel was born in Val Varaita, today F.A.R. (Frutticoltori Associati Rossana), a company specializing in the cultivation and processing of seasonal fruit. It is the beginning of a unique adventure of its kind, with nature as the undisputed protagonist. The first years: In the beginning there were apples, pears, peaches, apricots and other products grown by farmers in the area. Then the production of pears and juices became increasingly important and the evolution of the specific ice cream market required the expansion of our range.
