Cassano 1875 is an artisan reality that operates in the Sorrento Peninsula in the production of cold liqueurs.
The range of products offered originates from the local tradition, adopting the ancient recipes of the Sorrento farmers and fishermen. The company, despite having started the business only in July 1998, immediately succeeded in imposing its products on the market.
The leading product is undoubtedly the Limoncello of Sorrento, bottled in different formats to better meet the different needs of consumers and economic realities operating both in Campania and throughout the national territory.
Participation in the Salone Nazionale del Gusto (Turin, November 1998) was an opportunity to verify one's skills and competitiveness in this sector.
The undisputed quality of the liqueurs produced is undoubtedly due to the essentially artisanal nature of the productions and to the indisputable organoleptic properties of the Sorrento lemons (Sorrento oval variety), cultivated with a technique that has remained unchanged over time.
The quality of the lemons used is demonstrated by the obtaining of the protected geographical indication (PGI) conferred by the EEC.
