{accordion INGREDIENTS}

1 chicken weighing 2 kg
2 lemons
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of brandy
coarse salt

{accordion PREPARATION}

Clean the chicken and stuff with 1 lemon pricked with a fork
and a mince prepared with 2 cloves of garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Brush the chicken with extra virgin olive oil, c
sprinkle it with salt, pepper, garlic, sage and rosemary.

Bake for 20 minutes. at 230°; Drizzle with brandy.

After another 10 minutes, pour the juice of the other lemon over it and wet the chicken with its cooking liquid,
then cook for another 40 minutes.
